How does the free trial work?

How does calendar-month billing work?

The price is a monthly base, an amount per active recruiter and the price of each enabled option. A recruiter or an option active at least one day of the calendar month is due for the full month, no proration. On the 1st of each month you receive an itemized invoice, backed by daily nominative statements.

What happens when I enable or remove an option?

Enabling opens access immediately; the option is due at the full monthly price for the current month. Removing closes access immediately; the current month remains due and nothing is billed from the next month on. Every change is tracked in your subscription history.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no commitment, no notice. The current calendar month remains due and you keep access until the end of the month. Then your data remains viewable and exportable in read-only mode, and you can reactivate whenever you want: interrupted months are never billed.

How do payments work?

Via Mobile Money: Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money or Wave. You pay the invoice to our official numbers, then declare the transaction from your workspace; our team confirms it within 24 business hours.

How do AI credits work?

CV scoring, matching and job ad generation consume credits. The AI Assistant option includes a monthly credit allowance; top-up packs are available. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

No. The AI reads, scores and suggests; the decision always stays with the recruiter. Every score comes with strengths and watch-points you can verify in the original CV.

Yes. Your candidates, mandates and history remain your property: viewable and exportable at any time, including after cancelling your subscription.
