Question 1

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

You create your workspace in two minutes, no credit card. For 30 days, every feature and every option is open. When the trial ends, your account switches to a monthly subscription with the options you enabled, and the trial-end month is free: billing starts on the 1st of the following month.

Question 2

How long does it take to get started?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up: publish your first job offer, share your career page link and you can receive applications the same day. No installation, no mandatory onboarding.

Question 3

Who is the tool for?

Accepted Answer

Recruitment agencies as well as in-house HR teams recruiting in French-speaking Africa. Each organization gets its own isolated workspace, with its recruiters, mandates and candidates.

Question 4

How does calendar-month billing work?

Accepted Answer

The price is a monthly base, an amount per active recruiter and the price of each enabled option. A recruiter or an option active at least one day of the calendar month is due for the full month, no proration. On the 1st of each month you receive an itemized invoice, backed by daily nominative statements.

Question 5

What happens when I enable or remove an option?

Accepted Answer

Enabling opens access immediately; the option is due at the full monthly price for the current month. Removing closes access immediately; the current month remains due and nothing is billed from the next month on. Every change is tracked in your subscription history.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, no commitment, no notice. The current calendar month remains due and you keep access until the end of the month. Then your data remains viewable and exportable in read-only mode, and you can reactivate whenever you want: interrupted months are never billed.

Question 7

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Via Mobile Money: Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money or Wave. You pay the invoice to our official numbers, then declare the transaction from your workspace; our team confirms it within 24 business hours.

Question 8

What currency are the prices in?

Accepted Answer

All prices are in CFA Franc (FCFA, code XOF), excluding applicable taxes. They are published on this page and always visible from your workspace.

Question 9

What happens if an invoice goes unpaid?

Accepted Answer

Ten days after the due date the account turns read-only: your data stays visible, but nothing can be created or changed. Ten days later it is suspended. Paying restores access. Nothing is deleted.

Question 10

How do AI credits work?

Accepted Answer

CV scoring, candidate matching and job post drafting consume credits. The AI Assistant option includes a monthly credit allowance, renewed on the 1st of each month and not rolled over. Without the option, or once the allowance is used up, you use credits bought in packs, which never expire.

Question 11

Does the AI decide for me?

Accepted Answer

No. The AI reads, scores and suggests; the decision always stays with the recruiter. Every score comes with strengths and points to watch that you can verify in the original CV.

Question 12

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your candidates, mandates and history remain your property: viewable and exportable at any time, including after cancelling your subscription.

Question 13

How is candidate data handled?

Accepted Answer

Each organization has an isolated workspace: applications received through your portal are never shared with other organizations. Candidates get their own space to track applications and exercise their rights.

Question 14

What do my clients see in the client portal?

Accepted Answer

Only what you share: a selection of candidates on the mandates you open to them, with your comments. They never see your other mandates, your talent pool or your internal data.
